Henry & Sylvia Yaschik Foundation
All applicants are required to supply all required information on all applications. These applications must be delivered electronically to the foundation by April 30, 2024. No late applications will be accepted.
Applicants will be notified about the results of their application by June 30, 2024.
To apply for a Yaschik Foundation grant, please fill out the organization and budget information requested on the application. Please download the application, the guidelines, and the checklist. Then submit using the links to the right. Please print out the form, and have it postmarked before April 30, 2024.
You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your application immediately upon receipt.
All proposals should be bound in a secure, but non-bulky fashion. Do not submit grant proposals in three-ring notebooks or other large packages.
The Henry and Sylvia Yaschik Foundation awards grants to qualified charities that serve the greater Charleston, South Carolina area.
